Kelly 6-0 over Patrick Henry in 4 innings, 5-4 over Castlewood in 6 (Wyrick threw everybody a bit vs Castlewood, so that was hard to tell). I think we'll be competitive with anybody. Any other results?

How many did Castlewood return from last year?

i think they returned about everybody. one of the indian players said castlewood was missing a couple because of wrestling or basketball. indians looked pretty good vs. patrick henry though. PH wasn't very good. both kelly and castlewood threw alot of pitchers and played everybody. i see these young indians making a return trip to castlewood for the region tourney. it's going to be a toss up with gate city, coeburn, burton, & kelly. did anybody else scrimmage this weekend?

Who would have ever thought that a Region D Baseball tournament would have ever been played at the college? What a great job that was done rennovating that place. This was affectionately (not) tabbed "the poor farm" by opposing teams over the years. Maybe someday they (as well as the football team) will get a capable coach who will put that talent to work.

that would be great to have it at the college. i was told that it was the cumberland district's turn to have the tourney and it would be played at castlewood. i say let's play it at the college.

I'm glad that the tournament is here, in regards to our coach no, he's not the best but were already passing expectations from the preseason. Our sweep of King yesterday has us tied for first in the AAC.
